1、大型水泥浮雕工程冬期施工時，所使用的水泥砂漿應采取保溫防凍措施，如摻外加劑時，其摻量應由實驗室試驗確定。

2、在進行室內大型水泥雕塑施工前，應將洞口和窗口封好，門口和窗口的邊緣及外墻腳手眼或空洞等亦應堵好，施工洞口、運料口及樓梯間等處應封閉保溫，室內抹灰的環境溫度不應低于5°C；室內水泥砂漿工程結束后，在7d以內，應保持室內溫度不低于5°C.。

3、大型水泥雕塑工程水泥砂漿面層不得在雨雪天施工，當施工中途下雨、下雪時應采取遮蓋措施，如加草簾覆蓋防止冰凍。

4、在室內大型水泥雕塑的施工中，當溫度低于5°C時，可加設火爐（需有良好排煙或采用無煙燃料）或碘鎢燈適當加溫，但必須指定專人值班，備有相應消防器材，并密切注意防止煤氣中毒和火災的發生。
